Founder & Managing Director
Theo leads the Coalition and its managed services arm. An IT and cybersecurity professional with deep hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure Active Directory, Azure infrastructure, identity and access management, RBAC/ABAC controls, and endpoint security across Windows and Linux environments.
Director of Recruitment
Cody owns talent strategy and team building. He leads the Coalition’s relationships across Kigali’s technology ecosystem — including kLab, Westerwelle Startup Haus, and CMU-Africa — building the hiring pipeline that supports each arm as it scales.
Director of Finance
Tory runs financial operations and investor relations, covering reporting, revenue-share administration, and the Coalition’s engagement with the Rwanda Development Board and institutional partners across the region.
Director of Technology
Justin leads technology infrastructure and product development, covering the platforms and internal systems that the Coalition’s service delivery and client-facing operations run on.
