Triumvirate Investors Coalition is a Kigali-based holding company investing across technology, real estate, and sustainable infrastructure — built on the conviction that Africa’s growth is best captured with local presence and global reach.
Our mission
We empower growing organizations with proactive, secure, and cost-effective IT management — bridging the gap between enterprise-grade technology and the businesses that have long been priced out of it, wherever they are in the world.
About the Coalition
Triumvirate Investors Coalition is built around a simple thesis: that Africa’s accelerating economic growth creates exceptional opportunities in technology, real estate, and sustainable infrastructure — and that those opportunities are best captured through a disciplined, diversified coalition with genuine local presence.
The Coalition operates three distinct business arms, each independently managed and ring-fenced. Capital flows into the arm of the investor’s choosing, and returns are generated and distributed from that arm alone. There is no cross-subsidization between arms — each stands on its own fundamentals.
We are led by a team of four with backgrounds spanning IT, finance, recruitment, and operations. The Coalition is registered in Rwanda under the Rwanda Development Board and benefits from the country’s ICT-preferential tax regime, its business-friendly regulatory environment, and its position as East Africa’s fastest-growing technology and investment hub.
Portfolio arms
Each arm is ring-fenced, with its own operations, its own economics, and its own return profile.

Consistently among Africa’s top countries for ease of doing business, with low corruption, strong rule of law, and a dollarized investment environment.
