How it works
Ring-fenced by design.
Capital flows into the arm you choose. Returns are generated and distributed from that arm alone, with no exposure to the others and no cross-subsidization between them.
Agree the terms
A signed, dated Revenue Share Agreement sets your participation rate and your return cap. No equity changes hands.
Receive distributions
Monthly distributions and a monthly written update, continuing until the agreed return cap is reached.

Returns are not guaranteed and are not fixed. A revenue share pays out only as and when the arm generates revenue. If revenue is lower than projected, distributions are lower and the return cap takes longer to reach — or may not be reached at all. You should be prepared to lose the capital you contribute.
